How can I track the progress of my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a delivery confirmation via e-mail. Then, upon despatch of your item/s you will receive tracking information from our courier service and with that information, you are able to follow the progress of your delivery. If you are not able to be home for your Emma mattress delivery, you can simply give us the name of your favourite neighbour to sign for the package (Make sure they don’t sleep on your Emma mattress first, you just may never get it back).

How does the delivery go?

After preparation in our warehouses, your order will be handed over to one of our partner carriers. The latter will then contact you within a few days to inform you and arrange a delivery appointment with you.

Please note that our mattresses are delivered compressed and rolled in a cardboard box, and they are delivered at the foot of the building.
