- Enjoy free, fast delivery across Ireland in just a few working days, with a seamless experience from checkout to doorstep, your Emma arrives factory-fresh, boxed and vacuum-sealed for easy handling (so it fits through doors, lifts and stairs without fuss). We prep your order as soon as payment is confirmed, send a live tracking link, and our courier will contact you prior to delivery so you know exactly when to expect it! * For some carrier you might be able to reschedule your delivery if needed.
- We’re sure you’ll love your Emma products but if for any reason you don’t, you can return it for a full refund. We’ve simplified the process to make returning an item stress-free. All you’ve got to do is head to our portal. Here, just pop in your order number and the email address you used to place your order. Then just select the items you wish to return. Hit confirm and you’re done. Our customer service team will arrange a free pick-up by our courier service. Once everything is sorted, the courier will contact you to schedule a collection date that works best for you. No need to personally drop it off!

If you still need to send your items back after the 200 nights trial, please reach out to our customer service team by sending an email to support@emma-sleep.ie. Please note that we are only able to accept these items back if they are faulty.
You don't need to worry about that. Our courier will take care of that. They will arrive with the appropriate packing materials and ensure your items are safe for transport.
Our couriers are not permitted to enter your home, so we unfortunately cannot pick your items up from a room. Please follow our partner instructions and prepare the items close to your doorstep.
Once your items have arrived back at our warehouse, we will begin processing your return. Please allow up to 14 working days for your money to appear back in your account.
