Your Box bed will arrive in 2 packages (3 if you ordered an headboard) between 12-28 kg each. We provide a booklet with easy-to-follow instructions so you can assemble it.

The bed frames in sizes 135×190, 150×200, and 180×200 each come with distinct overall dimensions depending on whether a headboard is included. For the 135×190 option, the full frame measures 140×198×90 cm with a headboard and 140×195×33 cm without one. The 150×200 model extends slightly larger, reaching 155×208×90 cm with a headboard or 155×205×33 cm without. The largest of the three, the 180×200 bed, offers a spacious footprint of 185×208×90 cm when equipped with a headboard and 185×205×33 cm without it, making it the most generous configuration in both width and length.

It doesn’t, but you can always add one of our award-winning Emma mattresses to your purchase. On the configuration options above, just click on "yes" for "Add a mattress" and choose which mattress you want to add. The mattress will be delivered together with the Box bed frame.

Carefully vacuum or brush to remove dust. Wipe with a non-abrasive damp cloth or paper towel if needed to remove stains, ideally as soon as they occur.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your bed purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your bed, we offer a return or exchange policy. At the same time, you have 30 nights to try the product, if by any reason you are not convinced you can return it and receive the money back.

If any part of your bed is damaged or broken, please contact our customer service team to get the spare parts delivered to you in no time. Please attach a clear picture of the damaged part or specify the missing part using the assembly instructions as reference.
