Simply remove the elasticated top cover and pop it in the washing machine – at a maximum of 60°C. Avoid washing the pillow interior. In the case of spills or mishaps, the premium foam layers will return to normal once dry.

If your bed isn’t quite right, contact our customer service and we’ll take care of the rest. To ensure the pick-up goes smoothly, please disassemble the Emma bed and pack into the boxes it came in – or simply ask us to send new ones.
